DANSK TEKNOLOGI hires Chief Commercial Officer

As per November 1st, Charlotte Ejstrup joins DANSK TEKNOLOGI in the position as Chief Commercial Officer, where she will be responsible for commercializing new business ideas.

Charlotte has extensive commercial experience and a particularly deep competence in branding and marketing. For the past nine years, Charlotte has held the position of Head of Marketing at TRYG, and has additionally worked as a management consultant and held strategic positions at advertising agencies. Charlotte has a M.Sc. from CBS in Innovation and Business Development.

DANSK TEKNOLOGI has previously with great success developed and commercialized business ideas, most recently with the development of a ground breaking technology for eliminating NOx emissions from large diesel engines. This has led to the sister company BLUNOX A/S, which is today the market leader in the area.

With the hiring of Charlotte Ejstrup, the company wants to intensify its efforts to develop new businesses with a special focus on the B-to-C market, while DANSK TEKNOLOGI's traditional business of developing ground breaking products for international market leaders remains a high priority.

SCR on Royal Navy’s Type 31 frigate

17th of April, 2020: We are very proud to announce that our sister company, BLUNOX A/S, has been chosen by Babcock Team 31 as the sole supplier of SCR on the Royal Navy’s Type 31 general purpose frigate programme. Babcock Team 31 will during the programme provide the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) with a fleet of five ships with BLUNOX SCR that significantly reduces emissions from the Main Engines and Diesel Generators.

Hydraulic Amplifier Cartridge

19th of November, 2019: DANSK TEKNOLOGI is proud to have realized Mr. Jørgen Mads Clausens vision of integrating automatic gear shift into a hydraulic cylinder.
 
DANSK TEKNOLOGI was solely responsible for the project up until proof of concept. After formation of the company PistonPower, DANSK TEKNOLOGI has served as sparring partners for the new team. The product that was developed is an ultra-compact hydraulic amplifier cartridge, that can be integrated into the piston rod of a conventional hydraulic cylinder to achieve unique system level advantages. PistonPower is now a growing company with 20 employees and won the World Demolition Award 2019.
