Grundfos: Assembly machine for electronic components

In close cooperation with Grundfos, DANSK TEKNOLOGI has developed an assembly system for assembly of electronic deblocking units for circulation heating pumps.

The electronic deblocking unit consists of a PTC-resistor and a diode, both mounted by the help of three special cutting clams between the two cords of the motor capacitor. The components are mounted in a plastic house, which encloses the electrical parts. The electronic deblocking unit is found in a great amount of variations in terms of capacitor and resistance size.

Task
DANSK TEKNOLOGI has been responsible for (1) concept development, (2) detail construction, (3) manufacturing, (4) assembly, and (5) installation.

DANSK TEKNOLGI has cooperated with Grundfos for almost 30 years. Totally, around 50 projects have been completed.
